The Baltic Sea Region (BSR) appears as a specific space in which ports, maritime transport and the entire shipping cluster are crucially important. BSR is one of most heavily trafficked seas world, has contributed to its prosperity. After collapse USSR, recovered role contact transit area. opening up eastern shore market economy brought about reactivation system, over years never stopped being major element production regional integration. Discourses on unity often based importance maritimity trade, but there also significant diversity industry. Nowadays, emergence new directions specialisation, decision makers allows for expectations issues ports. author shows how, this special context, ports stakeholders interact, participating development integration, by pursuing differentiated trajectories.
